Review: Staff keep mention I haven paid even though credit card already charge me . Midnight time staff call and ask me booking number again. Then call and inform me to pay today or tomorrow but actually I have paid online . And the bottle water got different color , blue is free and green is charged , I drink the green one . So I need to paid . Beside that , the hotel is ok and staff actually very good 👍, guard also good

Review: People next door were extremely loud. My sleep was disrupted by their music, loud talking noise... n Should have rules about not making noise at midnight.

Review: I found this hotel near West Lake, thought it was far so I was hesitant, but it turned out not to be that far at all. The hotel is new and clean, there’s a TV with YouTube for kids, high-quality disposable items, and there are even toiletries. Overall, I intended to stay for one night but it was so good that I stayed for three nights straight.

Review: When i stayed here for two nights, when I arrived the room was disappointing, small, no window and not that clean, some suspect looking stains on the sheets. The location is ok if you wanna be a little quieter, but only a 20 min walk from the bustle, or a £1 scoter taxi ride away.nThe absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff, the reception staff, security staff and everyone were super friendly and helpful and they are the reason it’s not a 2 star review.
