10.0 Exceptional - Strauß 07-01-2025

Positive points: Very friendly and helpful staff. The place is very quiet, spacious and in a very nice and modern building.

Negative points: Some very long hair in the bathroom.
The water from the shower spills into the whole bathroom, making the bathroom floor completely wet.

Positive points: Friendly Staffs. Very nice and clean room for the price ( My room looked exactly like the Photos provided by owner). The Location was easy to find and isn’t far from city center. Quick response via messenger when I needed help.

Review: It is better to book a hotel than this type of homestay. The bed sheets are not fresh/clean . There are no towels. Paying a little extra for a hotel is a better option to get assistance and flexibility in checking in and out with onsite available staff

8.0 Very kind and helpful host, with a good and clean accommodation but bug problems on the ground floor - Wincenty 01-05-2024

Positive points: We had booked 2 rooms and saw 3 in total as we changed one room. The room on the ground floor is very spacious and has a kitchen with most needed things. In all rooms the provided towels as well as the bedding were clean.
As we had some challenges during our stay in Ho Chi Minh City the host was very understanding and offered his help. Also they gave us time to take care of our issues and was flexible with everything concerning the accommodation. Big thanks for that.

Negative points: At the arrival we had some problems getting into the house as we didn't receive the information for the lock. But in our case this wasn't a big problem as there were some neighbours on the street and noticed that we struggled to get in so they contacted the host and take care.
The bigger room was on the ground floor and had no windows except a kind very small inner courtyard in the kitchen where you could look outside. It was not clear if it was closed or the rain would just come in. This room also smelled musty. As on top a cockroach appeared in the first minutes of our stay, we decided to contact the host and ask for a different room. The host appeared right away with some bug spray and was engaged to find and kill the cockroach.
Nevertheless, we asked for another room, he offered us to change the accommodation to a different location as he runs several houses as in the house we stayed nothing was free. As the other location was not that close we decided to stay one night and the next day we could change the room in the same accommodation.

Positive points: The staff was responsive & very friendly. And they are generous, too, for giving me water & late checkout free of charge.

Negative points: The location is not very convenient as the car can’t reach there directly. And it doesn’t have elevator so please consider if you travel with big luggages.
