Review: The hotel is wonderful. But only problem I found that the shower hot water is unstable. Hot water is for few minutes and I cannot take a bath in bathtub. It's such a sorry for there is a nice decor and the bathtub.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, my interaction with the person handling my check-out was not as pleasant. While I’m unsure if it was due to a language barrier, the response I received came across as quite aggressive.
The hotel itself is new and clean, which I appreciated. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that the property only has a staircase and no lift. This could be problematic, especially for guests with mobility issues or older guests, as it requires climbing multiple flights of stairs.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, I would recommend considering accessibility and improving staff communication for a better guest experience.

They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my week-long stay, even helping me with laundry. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience here special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable place with excellent service!
Positive points: I had a wonderful stay at KIN Wander. The room offered a cinema-like experience with the projector, which made movie nights truly special. The bathroom was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also loved the interior design, especially the full-size mirror, which added a touch of elegance to the space. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning!
Negative points: Even though it didn’t bother me, please be aware there is no elevator.

Negative points: Chỉ có 2 gối cơ bản, cách âm kém nên buổi sáng nghe còi xe ngoài đường ko ngủ được.
