Vip House Hoi An

Positive points: The rooms were clean, like pictures. The owner lady was very welcoming. They offer us free bicycle ride. She was always smiling and helped usnqith anything we needed. And the surrounding of the place is very good, you can walk, cycle , eat.good for a relaxing trip. The market in the night was so cool and lively.
I would definitely suggest to visit Hoi An and stay there.

Positive points: Thu, the owner, is the most WONDERFUL host I could ever dream of. She is not only nice, kind and helpful but she goes above and beyond. I was silly and lost my bike-lock, and she has so understanding and helpful about it. She helped me to pick up the bike and spoken with locals to open the lock again.
The place my may not look as stunning as in the photos, but is ok, close to the old town, includes air-con and mini fridge.
The other thing to mention is that Thu has the most cute grand-daughter, so if you are lucky as I was, you will get lots of hugs!

Review: We arrived Hoi An very late at night because of delayed flight. The owner accommodated us despite them gong to bed already. The next day the owner helped us find a driver to tour us around Hoi An. She then looked for ways to have our dollar exchanged, looked for car to accommodate us going to Danang the next day. Truly she is very helpful. The hotel is clean and cheap. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Hoi An!

Positive points: The staff (family living there!) were so nice, kind and patient! I could not have asked for better hosts. They helped me book transport to my next location and let me back in long after I should have been back (my fault). The room was clean and very lovely. It felt super professional and I’d be more than happy to come back another time.

Positive points: The host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. We were amazed by the very comfortable bed and clean room. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. Location is nearby the tourist spot with walking distance or by Grab which is very convenient.

Positive points: The lady of the house is very helpful and friendly. You are able to rent motorbike for VND150k here per day and is a 5 mins walk to the ancient town. The house is located right next to the street which is super convenient for us and there is a mini market right next to it. The location is around 15 mins walk to hoi an ancient town, recommend to takw a bike to tour around the ancient town b4 3pm instead of walk as the ancient town is relatively huge.

There is hairdryer and fridge in the room however they only provide packets of shampoo and no shower gel but not a big matter to us.

The bed here is big just the air-con is not so cooling but is fine for us.

Positive points: The high ceilings made the room feel spacious, there was a good colour theme and nice simple decor. We had access to a small balcony which looked into the busy central street of Hỏi An. Perfect location for exploring Hỏi An and the central streets and markets. This place was very clean and appears to be brand new, well priced and the staff were quick to communicate with us online as we booked the place 20 mins prior to arrival due to a mishap in travel plans. They accommodated for us and it appeared we were the only guests there for that night. The reception desk is also a communal space for the owners family which wasn’t at all an issue and in fact made us feel more welcome. Parking area is there for scooters overnight but not sure how much per night.

Positive points: My stay at the homestay was excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. There was a warm and friendly atmosphere, and everyone was incredibly helpful. The owner was a wonderful woman who assisted with transportation arrangements, including buses and motorcycles. Her breakfasts were delicious. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to the city center. I highly recommend this homestay to everyone.
