Positive points: Very comfortable.

Positive points: Location near beach was good and generally it was clean and modern room.

Negative points: We had ants in our room and although they did not bother us much it was still annoying. Also the staff didn't speak much English so communicating was a little hard at times. No food facilities either but shops pretty close.

Positive points: The Pool is beautiful.
Having a gym is always nice, this one is very small.
We could leave our luggage before check-in 👍🏼
They organise scooters and drivers 👍🏼

Negative points: - The rooms have long corridors but are quite small (not all of them), our room was on the road side and the insulation is bad, so if you're a light sleeper it's important to specify your room choice..
- There's mold in the shower and we had ants EVERYWHERE. First we saw them crawling out of the sink, and later we noticed they were everywhere.. our backpacks still have ants crawling out and it was days ago.

Positive points: Good location, short walk or drive to everything you need
Good size rooms with nice kitchen and separate seating area
Amazing value for money, we paid £17 a night

Negative points: Room wasn’t super clean, there was dust and hair on the floor and other items, the kitchen had sticky finger marks left on the counter, cupboards and fridge
No mirror apart from above the bathroom sink
Bathroom was very small and took a long time to de-mist, even with the window open which made the rest of the room feel damp
No black out blinds and can hear outside your room

Review: Located only 600m from My Khe beach is a huge win. I rent motorcycle, get recommendations from their staff named Ngoc. She’s incredible & will help you cheerfully.

Positive points: Nice big room. Bed v comfortable.
Staff were friendly . Hannah checked us in and was very helpful finding a good local restaurant.

Negative points: Disappointed with the gym. And only two seats at pool. So not much good if you wanted to sunbathe and someone got the seats first.

Positive points: There wasn't a single thing I disliked about the hotel, I wish we could have stayed longer. I booked extremely last minute. However, the staff were very accommodating. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains and ocean. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. The room came with a small kitchen and had pretty much everything you'd need for a short stay. Bed and bedding were comfortable, there's a nice little gym and swimming pool too. Location is good and can walk to most things or rent a bike.
If i visit Danang again, I will definitely book this hotel again and would highly recommend.

Negative points: Nothing, everything was great!

Review: Very comfortable beddings in newer studio. The kitchen is practically new. The beach is a short walk away with lots of locals. Staff is extremely nice. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Review: Clean hotel and good services with friendly, helpful staffs, especially Rose (Linh) gave us many advices for our trip. A small pool in the 8th floor where you can see the sea and the moutain :)

Positive points: Kitchen and closet were new and nice. The gym was ok!

Negative points: The pictures are heavily edited for a reason. All most all linens had some stains in it. We asked to hotel change them and next ones also had stains, but they seemd washed so I hope those were permanent. The wallpaper clearly had some moist under it, and the bathroom floor and mirror had some stains also. Ac was not working properly. Overall feeling in the room was damp, old and not well maintained. The staff was friendly but not very professional or active. Pool is a lot smaller than in pictures and beanbags next to pool were not clean.
