Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel

Review: It seemed like a good hotel when we were checking in, friendly staff at the time. We had a room with a bath, you can’t shower without wetting the entire bathroom. There’s mold and mildew on the ceiling. nWe did not sleep at all. The flood light on the side of the wall outside made the room look like daylight. Neither of us managed any sleep. Unfortunately we thought the entire building was like that so didn’t call to see if we could move. nWe left our bags there when we checked out. When we returned for our bags it seemed like too much effort to help us get them , the staff are friendly when checking but they seem different when you check out. Breakfast was nice though.

Positive points: Barely acceptable for the high price, you can get better around for half of the cost

Positive points: We particularly like Hannahs hospitality. She helped us a great deal with everything we needed and was very flexible to accomodate our needs.

Review: Room was nice and clean (no widow, but it’s acceptable for Hanoi). nNot the best part of Hanoi to stay, but it’s close to the lake, so it was ok :)

Positive points: It was not so comfortable to see mold on the wall, inside the bathroom, mini fridge has no power plug-in, 2 bed pushed together create an uneven gap and not so pleasure to sleep in, spiderweb everywhere, staffs have no clue on what they doing and mistake count items in the room so we almost got charge, also the room is not the same as the picture of the room we book, the room is so small

Review: My room temperature was very poor on the 1st day I checked-in. I reported the issue to the staff, they spent the whole evening to almost midnight to fix it but could not. So the 1st night of sleepless for me. The 2nd night was not better, they offered to move me to another room (actually the next door one), but the situation was not better. I got sleepless on the 2nd night again. I could not cancel my booking to move to another hotel because my booking on Agoda is nonrefundable. What the story it should be! Can you imagine that on the 3rd, means today, before I went out, I asked the staff to check the temperature again but when I came back, it was not changed, it was at 9pm. What else I could do? They didn’t support or provide any alternative solution for my last night in this hotel.nI’m really a business traveler who monthly spend some days in another cities for my business trip. I used to stay in a middle to very high class hotels. I’m pretty sure that this is the very 1st I stay in such a terrible room condition as well as the unforgetable customer service like this.nI will never stay here again, and Highly recommend to those NOT TO STAY if you don’t want to spend 3-day-sleepless to become a panda like myself.

Review: I think this is 3 star hotel because lots of things is unorganized. Otherwise it's good hotel but not like 4 star

Positive points: Good for the price. Pool was a bonus but no drinks available or towels when we were there.

Review: The staff at the Luxe hotel made us feel like family there were very helpful and the breakfast menu was fantastic lots to choose from thanks again

Positive points: The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was attentive to our needs and extremely helpful. Enjoy their good manners. The breakfasts were excellent and copious. The room was quiet.
