Review: Love it that it is super accessible with lotte world amusement park!

Review: There is a direct connecting door from the hotel to the theme park, which is convenient. nnThe connecting Lotte World Mall has a good food selection at the basement area.nnThe attached mini washing machine in the bathroom is really useful.nnAn attentive service overall with a classic luxurious hotel stay.

Positive points: Beautiful hotel and location. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Overall staff was very nice and helpful.
Negative points: Bathrooms looked dated. A few staff members were not that friendly.

Review: On one morning we spent 25 minutes waiting for an elevator (ELEVEN TIMES IT CAME AND WENT FULL ALREADY). Apparently around check out time, they frequently have this crisis. A couple of the elevators weren't working which made it worse. We had to call the front desk, get upset with a manager, and then someone came from the service elevator and took us down on it. We just did not expect this from an upscale property at 400$ a night. It was otherwise ok.
Positive points: We had a very good concierge help my husband to call the previous hotel because he forgot his insulin and she contact them and send the insulin here at the hotel ,we woukd like to thank her for her effort .We really appreciate her help.
