Review: Very good place for the price. Very good location near central Seoul, easy to reach most tourist attractions. The host was very friendly.
Positive points: I liked that the property had everything easy access, no problem with check in or check out. If you had a question they answered it fairly quick. The place had a nice rooftop!
Negative points: The place was a little small so space is very limited. My room did look a bit dirty so I did clean it some more before doing anything.
Positive points: near subway and train station. many restaurant nearby, nearest CU. cute room and responsible staff (by chat).
Negative points: I get the room on 3rd floor so many stair, very uncomfortable if you are travel with many suitcase or with old people
Positive points: Small room perfect to sleep but difficult to take a shower. Walkable if you want to visit some pubs and also is close to the subway station
Review: walking distance to bus stop & subway. easy to move around. you only have to bear with the stairs if you have lots of luggages haha

Review: Just 1 station away from seoul station. easy to walk everywhere to find things to eat since it is near the university more local and cheaper price at this are. 10 min taxi ride to itaewon if you wanna enjoy nightlife.

Review: I arrived on time but the room wasn’t ready yet, so I waited for about 10 minutes – the staff was very polite – and helped me carry my huge suitcase! I stayed alone, so the room was just enough for me to open my suitcase without any issues. However, it might be a bit cramped for two people. If you don’t like bathtubs, it might be a bit inconvenient – I struggled a bit when washing my hair because I was afraid of clogging the drain! The location is very convenient since it’s close to both bus and train stations. If I have something to do near that area again, I would definitely stay here another time! P/s I hope the microwave can be cleaned daily – or you could provide wet wipes so guests can clean it themselves. Thank you!
Positive points: It’s quiet, super affordable, and has a foreigner-friendly staff.
Negative points: From kitchen is dirty. The bed sheet not pretty sure they changed it bc it was so itchy.
Review: Ceiling, walls, and toilet looks rather run down. There is small strips of wallpaper pasted on ceiling above the lamp to cover up something, which makes me suspect there may be cracks in ceiling. Airconditioner not working and cant be turned on hence no heating. There's spider webs in the round feather lamp but that's fine i guess.nnDespite looking run down, shower and sink has warm/hot water, toilet bowl, fridge and tv working well.

Negative points: It’s just disaster. 1st time in my life I rent one more apartment just to not stay in this dirt so it didn’t work for me as a cheap option. Everything was awful 😞 Don’t go there if you have a bit of respect for yourself – poor Wi-Fi, anti sanitary and horrible equipment

Negative points: The room doesn't have a heater. It only has a heating pad on the bed, so the room is chilly.
