Review: I did not expect much as it's a dorm type accommodation. However, I liked my stay here and would definitely go back again very soon! The area was surrounded with cafes, convenience stores and other places to eat. I was happy to find 60계치킨 (60 Gye Chicken) very near the building. The location was also accessible to train and bus stations.

Positive points: It’s located in Sinchon, a very lively neighborhood which offers plenty opportunities for food and shopping. The bathrooms were being cleaned everyday which was good. There was free breakfast included.

Review: If only Philstay Ehwa had an elevator, it would had been perfect already. However, expectation was set that there was none so I came somehow prepared. Walking up & down the stairs added to my daily routine & physical wellness so it was fine. I was able to do my laundry, some cooking and the whole stay felt like I was just home, though really away from home. I just hoped that some of the other guests would be more respectful of each other's space. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. When I checked out, while waiting outside for a cab to Seoul station, an old man suddenly helped me with my luggages. I kept telling him it was ok (not to assist me) but he introduced himself as the building manager. He helped me get a cab, gave me candy and even put umbrella over my head as it was raining while we were waiting. He was very kind. I'd like to meet him again when I go back next month. 고맙습니다 Philstay Ehwa and see you again soon!

Positive points: Just 5 minutes walk from Ewha station, you can come here by subway or airport bus no. 6002. 7-11 and plenty of restaurants nearby, Olive Young right under the property with not too crowded but not too quiet neighborhood. Free self-cook easy breakfast, eggs, bread, cereal, milk and juice. Comfy bed with blinder as shown in the photo so you can have your own personal space.

Review: 各方面都挺好，交通很方便，厕所打扫得很干净，提供免费的早餐。但是房间没有窗户，光线很暗，通风不是很好，尤其是碰到舍友有脚臭以及打呼（耳塞都不管用）真的很倒霉了。而且房间不是很大，箱子要放在房间外面，拿取东西很不方便

Positive points: Full of facilities! I love this place. The price per nice is good. Moreover, they included breakfast such as bread, egg, milk, orange juice, con-flake. They have the laundry! And they have like 5 toilets so it's enough for all guests. I do not have to wait for using the toilet. And the toilets are clean. The location is good also. I could walk straight from Ewha uni. Station. The staffs are super nice! And this place is safe for woman who travel alone like me. I would recommend everyone for staying here.

Review: The hostel have everything in needs for a comfortable stay. Location is very conveniently near subway & bus station. Also its located just in front of ehwa university.nn

Positive points: The hostel is ideally located close to a subway station that allows you easy access to all the sites in the city. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist. The facilities are also kept clean by the team who work hard daily to clean the rooms and other facilities.

Positive points: The location is quite good, and facilities are fine.

Positive points: The location is really good! Close to the subway and the bus station. There are convenience stores, drugstores, cafes and a Daiso close by. The staff always respond to the messages, which is helpful but I haven't encountered them on any occasion. It was pretty much self check-in and self check-out. I stayed in a room with four and you can keep your privacy with the curtains.

Review: Definitely worth the price with a simple bed and breakfast! If you are a solo traveller that just needs a budget place to sleep then highly recommend. No lift and located on 3rd floor so if you have a heavy luggage or you have bad knees then you might wanna reconsider but otherwise is totally fine.

Positive points: The property is very near Ehwa University and Idae station line 2. It has fresh and clean towel everyday - shampoo and bodywash, too. You can cook egg for breakfast aside from bread, jam and cereals. Juice and milk are on the fridge. The staff was helpful and check-in procedure can be messaged to you.

Review: Good location, good staff, bunk bed but still private. Gonna stay here again for another solo trip

Positive points: I liked that we could wash our clothes with the washing machine with existing laundry detergent and have free breakfast as well!

Review: Starting from location, hostel located in university area which make it a very good and safe place for solo female travelers. Also there is a lot of places to eat. And everything is pretty much nerby. There 5 bathroom (there were few days when only 3 was working) but even tho it was only girls, there was no line into the bathroom. Staff is also really kind and helpful. nOnly 1 no so good point that it located on 3 floor without elevator. So if u book it prepare to lift your lugged with your own power
