Review: Nice Hanok stay! Welcoming host, cozy size room and bathroom. Modernized hanok spaces blend the new and old. Only negative was the Korean mat for sleeping were a little too thin not too comfortable for my western back. Over all good experience!

Review: A lovely Hanok in Seoul, walking distance to the Hanok village. The host was so kind and friendly to provide directions to the Hanok. Hanok was incredibly comfortable and warm. Bathrooms are modern and clean. The host recommended a great place around the corner for Mandu. Highly recommended!

Review: The hanok is clean & tidy, at first we thought it might not be suitable for children but then turn out the house is exactly what the kids need to enjoy & relax. It's new build but kept as a typical hanok, we recommend to choose Gaenera room if you travel with children because that is the only one with indoor restroom. The Kitchen is restrict from fire cook but it's fine, if you consider about safety, there are many reckless travelers and who know what they can do once they stay in such a wooden building like the hanok, the endless restaurants, fast foods, convenient stores surround are more than enough to satisfy your hunger stomach. nnThe house locate at the south of the Buckon village but it is in the middle of both Eastern & Western palace, which is convenient to explore the Jongmyo Shrine, Insadong street on foot too. I admit the location is one of its best attractive. And if your legs are tired, the house is just less than 5min away from the Anguk subway, bus stop, and even airport bus stop, literally it's just too close to everywhere.nnBeside those good points, the limited organic breakfast is well enough for food lover, you can ask for more if you're on budget. Again, the surrouding food zone would hurt your eyes if you choose to eat locally.nnWe had a great time in this house, definitely we will recommend it to anyone that attempt to experience the best of Seoul.

Review: the staff is really friendly and cute~^^

Review: it's ok for us to check ourselves in when arriving past 10pm in the evening, but no staff was there in the morning was not ok. We only received a paper of instruction for the facilities, wifi, and breakfast. We woke up at 8:30am (the instruction said breakfast starts at 7:30am) No staff was there to prepare anything. Only a bread maker (possiblely a bread inside), some fruit, soy milk and yogurt in the fridge. Guests stayed in another room took the whole bread!! We left the house with empty stomach. (Better get up super early or you get nothing) I also thought the pictures of the guestrooms are kinda misleading. It didn't mention shared bathroom and the little decription shows on left hand corner of the pictures make you think this is the private bathroom. Make sure you're fine to walk in below 0 degree to use the bathroom at night or find somewhere else.

Review: First: you have paid in advance. Then: you haven't, and the amount changed twice. Only cash functioned. After getting the cash, I paid. In a minute: there was one note too little. Gave her another note but checked that that actually was one too much (knowing the amount I had withdrawn). Got it back. Just before midnight, I am woken up and the money was returned: You had paid in advance.

Review: Very very nice position and accomodation. Tiny rooms..get really hot in summer. Moreover we had an invasion of ants from the small interior court. Breakfast is ok but definitely not enough for all the guests. The owner is nice and helpful, the girls working in the afternoon not so much. They are of little help.
