Negative points: This is an apartment officetel that's been converted to a budget motel. It is dingy and feels very unsafe. Your room has a door passcode, which the manager knows and can come and go from your room as he pleases. He can even take your bag from your room, after you've checked in. The worst hotel I have stayed in and worst experience I've had in Korea.

Negative points: I suppose some guests might be picky about the look of the rooms and bathrooms which are a little dated, but it was clean, functional, and comfortable which is all that truly mattered to me.

Positive points: The staff was incredibly kind. I came very early (like 10am) and check in wasn't until 1500. I wanted to leave my bags but they went ahead and let me check in. I really appreciated that. The room was huge. I didn't need the extra space because i was alone but it was very very nice to have. The bed was comfortable enough. I couldn't find the towels so I went ask. The gentleman at the desk came to show me that everything is in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and he noticed my room was cold so he helped me use the thermostat as well. It was very considerate of him. nnThe wifi works very well as the rooms all have routers in them. Keep in mind your keycard has to be in the slot to ensure the room has power and the router comes on.nnThe location is excellent. It is about an hour and half from ICN Airport by train and the train is less than $5usd. It is about 10 minutes walking from the metro station. There are several restaurants nearby and convenient stores as well. I was on a low floor so I didn't have the view but I wandered to the higher floors and could see the view was beautiful.nnI had a 10am flight from ICN so I left at about 5.30am to catch the train, it's cheap but taxi's can be quite expensive all the way to that airport. The front desk was attended so it was very quick and easy to check out.

Positive points: I liked nothing about this hotel. The front staff was highly unfriendly, stubborn, rude and they were not able to communicate in English at all.
Negative points: Everything about this hotel was below average. We were there for some business meetings. Firstly the room size was very small. They charged us different rates for similar rooms. We booked 2 rooms which were same in size. But they charged KRW 92000 for one room and KRW 126000 for the other without any difference in room facilities of layout. Very surprising. And when we tried to question them, they were not able to speak English at all. We had no choice but to accept the way it was. The bathroom was smaller than a matchbox. It was even hard to stand properly. It was that small.
