Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences

Review: I always try to book this place because of the location and the many different things you can do. Plus the water is within walking distance. Which brings me that extra peace of mind.

Positive points: The overall experience at sofital Ambassador Hotel was exceptional , the location of the Hotel was close to nearly everything a Huge Lotte world Mall, the street food , a very nice and breathtaking walking area

Positive points: Amazing staff. Special mention to Rosie who helped with any query we had and helped us make reservations where possible. The concierge staff were also incredible. I loved that they were always there to look after you and were extremely friendly. The room was amazing, very spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. I would come back to stay again.

I travel a lot, and was amazed by what Sofitel Seoul had to offer. Exquisite design, detail oriented, classic French style. Breakfast to die for, the most amazing spread I’ve had worldwide. Excellent excellent service, all staff are all smiles and extremely helpful.

Positive points: Ideal location close to good food, shopping and public transit. Lovely area to walk around the cherry blossom trees lined lake just outside the hotel. Excellent service by all staff and they took care of my elderly aunt and mom with mobility challenges and wallet. Will definitely come back here…

Positive points: The location is perfect for staying in the Seoul Lotte World Park area. Breakfast was European-style, and I liked it, but it was a little expensive. The staff members are polite and speak perfect English communicating in the staying area was easy. There is a nice Non-smoking area around the hotel. Additionally, their elevator organization is wise for example, hotel guests don't mix with other restaurant guests. Breakfast continues until 10.30 a.m

Positive points: Staff attention to detail is next level. Friendly and caring beyond your expectations. They listen to request as well if you don’t like over accommodations. Property itself has wonderful views and everything is nearby. I can stay inside this property and spend the whole trip if I wanted. It’s at a resort level.
