Review: Nothing to complain in this price. If there's a small refrigerator, it will be perfect.
Positive points: Nothing. The only one positive thing is location.
Negative points: My stay at this hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, with a bad smell and trash behind the furniture. I even found cockroaches on the bed. The staff was arrogant and made it clear that western guests are not welcome. There was a complete lack of communication and no willingness to resolve any issues. Avoid this place at all costs and go the other homestays based in Ha Giang.

Negative points: Rooms were dirty. Linen was stained and worn and needed to be replaced. The bed was very hard - even by Vietnamese standards. Toilet in one of the rooms required a side saddle position due to lack of leg room. The place is also very noisy. The location was a long way from restaurants and shops. The positive reviews for this hotel must be fake.
