Positive points: Holly was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us for many things, and offered support and knowledge when we got into difficulty doing the loop. The property had comfortable and clean rooms, with abundant hot water for showers, which we have noticed isn’t always offered with other places.

Positive points: The host was very accommodating with the check-in time at 5 am. And she let me leave my bag in the hostel for 5 days while I was doing the Ha Giang loop.
