Review: I only stayed for a few hours because of a late arrival to the area but staff was very kind.

Positive points: Very friendly staff and comfortable bed in dorm for ladies, clean and well organized and the atmosphere is very inviting.

Positive points: The staff go above and beyond. The sweet receptionist is super enthusiastic and will go the extra mile to accommodate any requests or concerns you have.

Room was spacious and beds are comfy! Cleaning done and fresh towels given daily.

Free bikes and umbrellas which were amazing saving us lots of money, close to 2 delicious restaurants and lots of spas. 15 minutes ride from both the beach and the old town. Free filtered water is also provided.

Review: Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Grand Holiday Villa. The staff could not be more helpful & friendly. The place was spotless. It was so perfect that we extended our stay by 3 extra nights. Bikes provided free for guests were fun to ride around the local area. Would stay here when visiting Hoi An again.

Positive points: The hotel is in a quieter area of the city and there are bikes available for free to get to the old town. I believe it’s a new hotel as everything was very clean. I booked the dorm and ended up having it to myself so it was a steal. I didn’t swim but the pool looked clean. The best part is the staff though, they’re extremely friendly and helpful.

Positive points: Omg I need the information of the mattress in my room, that was the best sleep I have in the Central Vietnam. The price was affordable and not too far from the old city, but enough to avoid all the noises and definitely no karaoke around.

Didn’t get to use the pool, bicycles are available for transportation.

I must said the dorms are well-kept and tidy. Cosy no. of 3 pax per dorm, really nice.

Positive points: The room was nice, as was the bathroom. It was nice to have a refrigerator in my room.
The hotel had free bikes, but some of them were not that great (old brakes, weird saddle,...). But as I'm from a biking country, most bikes abroad aren't great to my standards :)
The location is a bit further from the centre, but the bikeride is nice. And you can always take a grab if you don't want to bike yourself.

Good deal on transport to Da Nang.

Review: I had a fabulous few days in Hoi An and staying in a clean, spacious hostel which feels more like a hotel definitely made the trip even jollier. The hosts are so welcoming and quick to help you out with everything. It's in a prime location too, loads of good cafes nearby, 10 minutes walk to the fruit market and 25 mins on the bike to An Bang beach. Thoroughly recommend!

Review: Second accommodation in Hoi An after a week in another establishment. Staff could not be more flexible and accommodating. Room quiet, spacious and spotless. Great tips provided for food, activities and attractions. Had a week touring but headed back there now and they kept rest of my luggage safely for me and a room for my return.

Positive points: The place is in a nice side street away from any hustle and bustle. It’s a grab taxi to town and close to the rice fields. They have bikes you can take for free to cycle out. Rosie’s is a really nice place to eat as well as the vegetarian place across from there. Within 2 mins walk. The room is a good size and air con is great. Comfortable. The staff are super friendly and the pool is great for a dip. Oh and you can get a transfer from the airport for a good price

Review: This family owned hotel is the best place I stayed in all of Vietnam. I compare it to 16 other properties over a 4 week motorcycle trip.

It exceeds all expectations, especially cleanliness. The shower drains properly, the faucets and shower head all work well. The balcony is lovely. The pool is clean and fresh. There is water, beer, soda and tea available at all hours for reasonable price.

This hotel takes hospitality service seriously and treats customers with care, with excellent recommendations for local businesses when asked.

They even proactively locked our motorcycles for us.

My favorite place to stay in all of Vietnam. This felt like home. Thank you.

Positive points: Just finished a fantastic stay at Grand Holiday Villa. Firstly, the rooms were as lovely and clean as the photos advertised. The host Phuc, was very wellcoming and helpful from the first day, explaining the how the hotel is situated between (1.5km)Hoi An centre and (3km)An Bang beach. The free use of the hotel bikes 🚲. Great recommendation of local eateries.
We loved it so much l stayed an extra two nights 😄
