Positive points: when i book online i always check the proximity distance of the place of where we usually go for the trip. location wise this hotel is the closest to the Bulgaria Embassy.nnthe staff are great in listening and comprehends very well in english. i will be booking this hotel again in our next batches in the future. i commend the staff named Sunno because he always updates me whether my students arrived yet or not yet since he knows it was their first time coming to Vietnam. He also cares for the well being of my students. thank you Sunno.nnalso aside from an affordable place to stay, they also offer free breakfast which keeps my students ready for the day. also it is a plus that water dispenser is available at all times esp the hot weather outside nni hope to see you in Fall

Review: The new hotel is clean, fully equipped, and civilized. A reliable place for everyone. The staff is enthusiastic and attentive.

Positive points: The only positive thing about this hotel is the young guy at the front desk who works the day shift. He was very kind and helpful. nnThe young lady at the front desk was not so good. I asked for extra pillows for my bad back and she provided 1, I asked for a kitchen knife so I can cut some fruit and she said sorry kitchen is closed and offered no alternative, I asked for dish soap to get a stain out of my shirt and she said sorry kitchen is closed, offered no alternative again. Showed no initiative to care for the customer, rather shocking in my opinion. nnThe room has the smallest area to sit on the toilet I’ve ever experienced, anyone over 5’1” can’t put their knees straight. No physical door to the shower bath area either. nnAlso the breakfast in the morning is by far the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen in Vietnam. They do not offer fresh Vietnamese coffee…….instead they offer instant coffee packages you can make yourself. A couple fruits and some instant noodles available to eat. nnFor the money it’s a rip off. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Review: Convenient location: from Nội Bài airport, I take bus number 90 to Kim Mã bus station, right next to the hotel for only 15k/person safe, economical, and convenient. nFacilities: the hotel is quite new, clean, with modern and beautiful design. nBreakfast: simple dishes that suit the taste. nStaff: the receptionist is very handsome, friendly, proficient in foreign languages, and enthusiastic. Other staff members are also very friendly. nHighlight recommendation, everyone!

Positive points: Staff did an amazing job making me feel welcome and catered to my needs including booking day trip excursions for me twice. Very short walk to the Ho Chi Minh museum and mosoleum complex, and much less busy here than in the old town area.
