Review: Nice hotel with friendly staff. Locate within walking distance to most places within Hoi An. The family room was spacious and clean. Would recommend.

Positive points: Lovely friendly and attentive staff, fantastic breakfast selection, spacious rooms (35 metres squared), spacious bathroom with good shower, comfortable beds, aircon, very clean with great housekeeping service every day. In a quiet area a little out of the old town (15-20 min walk). The friendliness of the staff in particular really made our stay.

Review: really big family room. with super nice pillows which you dont find everywhere. Also they cleaned room every day. and the stuff is super nice and so friendly!

Positive points: I loved my stay there. The hotel is very new with great facilities, delicious breakfast and very friendly super helpful sweet staff. Beds are huge, good sheets and pillows, amazing location but still in a quiet area. They have bicycles available which is perfect to go to the old town and explore the rice fields and countless cafes.

The staff is amazing and they will help with anything you need ❤️

Review: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from "pho co", but guests can get a free-rent bike from hotel to explore the city. Breakfast was tasty. Room and hotel looked nice, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review: Overall Nice hotel! Enjoyed the breakfast and poolside drinks! Only down side is that, we were constantly asked for upsell ( taxi, tours etc ) by literally everyone at the hotel! ( receptionist, waiters, bartender, doorman, gardener - I'm not kidding ) We were family of 5 and every single one of us asked these questions every time they saw us around. I understand they need to make money but after a while these constant questions were unbearable and we all were trying to avoid staff when we were at the hotel which was a shame.
Please staff!!! No is a NO, seriously!

Positive points: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our time here. They surprised me on my birthday with a cake too which was a really nice gesture they made me feel very welcome. The room we booked was so spacious and there isn’t anything I could think of that I didn’t like. They had a wide variety at breakfast so you didn’t have to eat the same thing twice. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a few minute grab ride from the old town and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Thank you to Helen, Jade and the manager for looking after us during our stay :)

Review: I arrived at Golden Pearl at around 5 pm from the airport on Grab and check-in was quick and easy. My room was large, clean and very comfortable. The front desk sent help to reset my room safe deposit box and deliver a missing ash tray in the balcony fairly quickly after I call them. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful and will lookout for guests to assist with booking of tour and airport/hotel transfers( about 30% more expensive than grab) but probably worth it if travelling with family or have many luggage. The spa had a 20% discount promotion, but it was still slightly more expensive than around the area. I had a 90min Swedish massage which was rejuvenating. However, for the premium, I think the hotel spa could provide tea before and after to enhance the experience and provide change of attire for the treatment. Free bicycle rental is great as the beach is only about 10-15mins away and the Old Town is also reachable by foot. Simon Tailor nearby also means you do not have to go too far to get some custom tailoring done.

Positive points: Stayed at this hotel with my family We stayed 5 nights.

Rooms: big rooms with great air-conditioning and nice beds. The suite had an even bigger room where the bathroom is just wonderful.

Breakfast: plenty of warm and cold dishes, fruits, cakes or cookies. So again, everything is just perfect.

Location: if you rent a scooter, you'll be in old town in 5 minutes. Close to the old town, yet far enough from any noise.

Swimmingpool: you can get towels at the pool and enjoy a reasonably big swimming pool while listening to some good music

Staff: everyone is kind, always smiling, always helping you with whatever you need. If there is a problem, they will keep searching for a solution.

Overall: would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family

Review: I like the room because there are power sockets everywhere. Especially next to the bed. The hotel also provide free bicycle for you to ride around. Otherwise call a Grab car which is very reasonable to any place of interest. Will definitely stay there when I visit Hoi An again..
