Review: Lovely family, great stay for our family clean room, clean bathroom toilet, air-conditioning great, we used plates bowls and cutlery when we wanted had a big table to use in common room, free bycicles, very close to street market for fresh fruit, ting and his family are wonderful hosts

Positive points: Beautiful place to stay in Hoi An, just a short 10 minute walk into the main area. A Lovely family that run the home stay.
The rooms are very big and clean, and we had a very comfortable stay here!

Review: Nice comfy room and great value for money. The amenities were exceptional. The pool was very clear, we hired mopeds from the owner, we also used the push bikes free of charge and then they arranged a transfer to the airport for us. The family were extremely accommodating and friendly which made it feel very homely. Definitely recommend staying here.

Positive points: We spent 5 days at Tue Tam and it felt like a little holiday within our travels. It is so well located - a 10 minute walk into town and a 15 minute cycle (Tue provides free bikes ) through beautiful paddy fields and the vegetable gardens to the beach. The rooms are very well equipped with huge comfy beds and the shower was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. No running out of hot water hooray! But the thing that really makes this place stand out are the family running it - it felt like a Homestay -a word I sometimes think is too loosely used. They were all delightful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great time. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Review: We loved our stay here in Hoi An. It is a great location near local markets and a short bike ride or stroll to old quarter. The rooms are cleaned daily and the hosts are really helpful with lots of local knowledge. Fantastic value!

Review: Definitely value for money. For travels, we don’t really find the needs to have incredible facilities. Just a quiet peaceful place to sleep and put our luggages will do. They do have a small pool to swim in. Owners here are the most friendliest people ever so don’t take advantage of that please. They’ll help you to book all transportations and interested travel destinations at a decent price, this helped us to avoid mistakes. They also have bikes or bicycles to borrow as well. A humble temporary home that I would visit again.

Review: Comfortable stay at this villa. Room is spaceful & clean with balcony is great. Owner is very friendly and kind. Location is 11min walk to mdm khanh banh mi, continue walk to night market is near then on. Easy grab car to everywhere. Given snacks as banana and local biscuits for us when we check out. Very thoughtful.

Positive points: A very comfortable place run by a lovely family who went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. Great location in a local area, a 10 mn bike ride from the centre of town. It was great to have bikes available to borrow and ride around.

Review: Owner is kind with smile always. Room spaceful, clean and tidy. Our room with Balcony is great view around neighbours area. Walking distance local market and easy grab to hoi an night market & ancient town area. Definitely value money for stay.

Review: I loved this place! It was a great location, very clean and spacious rooms, good services, and most of all a wonderful family who owned it. They were all very kind and gave me advice of what to do in the city. Very good for your money as well, there were free bicycles to borrow. Probably my favorite place I stayed during my 3 months of traveling around South East Asia. Great for solo, couples or family. Thanks again!

Positive points: We booked this property based on the recommendations here on booking.com, specifically those that mentioned how nice and helpful the family were. We can only agree and we loved our stay - easily the best accommodation we found in Vietnam, especially for the price. Just 10 mins to walk into the old town. We used the bikes (free!) to cycle to the beach. The room was clean and bright. The laundry service was very efficient and a good price. They provided us with some bananas and snacks when we checked out, as we were going on to a long overnight train.

Review: The host family was very lovely. The room was incredibly clean and cozy. We had a cleaning service every day. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it.

Positive points: Perfect place to stay if your wanting something that’s just out of the old town. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The host family is so kind and welcoming and helped us with absolutely everything when it came to things to do. Helped us book cooking class, coconut boats and somewhere to get clothes altered. There are bikes, umbrellas and rain jackets you can use which the host always lets you use. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Positive points: The hosts were just incredible! Extremely helpful and everyone of their recommendation for food, tailor and spa were spot on! Rooms were comfortable. Short walk from the local market with lots of excellent food options. Old town was an easy 20 mins walk away. They have bikes for guests to use but due to the weather we didn’t make make use of them.
