Review: Nice for staying with friends and having fun
Positive points: I stayed at The Reiz Suites in Medan for two nights and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which made it feel like a home away from home. After 25 hours of travel, the bed was an absolute dream—so comfortable!rnrnThe location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the mall, and the staff, especially the security and doormen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's only one elevator, and while some guests complained about the wait time, we didn't experience much of an issue. Plus, the chic and cozy living area downstairs makes the wait more pleasant.rnrnOne bonus is the cafe next door, which has a nice ambience, although the food could be improved.rnrnAll in all, a fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Medan!
Negative points: Nothing about the hotel itself. The cafe next door is a lovely addition to the hotel, although the food really could be improved.

Positive points: Great location and great staff.
Negative points: The air con hardly worked. They also have only one elevator in a building with many many guests. It once took me 15 minutes to simply exit the building.
Review: I had no hot water and although the room is big but there are few ac charging places also not convinced to charge.
Positive points: The location is great.
Negative points: Cleanliness can be improved, can see obvious stains on the towels.
Review: Good location but the lift is quite scary, seems like quite old as the sounds are loud and only 1 available lift for guests, have to wait for very long. Cleanliness is not really good as the linens shown very clear spots unclean

Negative points: Someone banging a door in the hall at 3 a.m. for hours.... supposed to have cctv cams, so why did I have to be woke up to have to call to report the issue..
Review: Room was very spacious. Location is next to deli park mall. Cleanliness can b improved as we saw cockroach the moment we entered the room. Toiletries can be more comprehensive to provide cotton buds. Kitchenette does not have detergent
Positive points: Comfortable bed, spacious room and living room. Carpark aplenty.
Negative points: Bedsheet, pillow cases, towels were brownish/blackish... time to replace please...nnLift/elevator was a bottleneck, slow, tapping card doesn't always work, and there's only 1 lift serving the whole hotel...nnReception is always busy, a lot of people, you need more staff and counters...nnNoise from the disco next door until wee hours, continued with the noise from the morning exercise group...nnA lot of little cockroaches in our unit kitchen...

Positive points: I like the space. We lived in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Dining and living room is decent. They have microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Standard utensils. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is good.rnStepping Stone cafe is open 24 hours and has live music at night is definitely a plus.rnAir Con is working normally.
Negative points: Hallway is hot during the day although there are air-con, probably not on. From the day we checked-in we need to ask for towels. They always inform us that the towels were not ready because of the late delivery from the laundry company. This is my first time staying in the hotel that has shortage of towels every day. Each room given only 1 bathroom towel/pax for shower. No face towel or other kinds of towels.rnSome towels that we received have small stains.rnrnMy blanket cover has small hole.rnrnDeposit box in the room cannot be used. We report them to get it fixed, but it was not fixed.rnrnBreakfast food is poor quality.
Review: The location of the hotel is great, but unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The photos on Agoda showed a kids' playground and a swimming pool, which turned out to be for residents only—not accessible to hotel guests. This was very misleading and misrepresented the hotel’s actual offerings. I booked the stay expecting to bring my child to enjoy these facilities, but we were denied access, which was a major letdown. Additionally, the building only has a single lift, leading to long queues and excessive waiting times just to get in and out. Not ideal for families or anyone with tight schedules. Would recommend clarifying facilities access before booking.
Positive points: The location near to podomoro deli park mall so it was convenient for getting delicious food shopping and leisure.
Review: Overall it’s an apartment-style accommodation. Swimming pool exists, but not opened for guests and no explanation nor follow ups from the reception. Passangers lift is only one, terrible queue :( Cards for lift and rooms are separated-how inconvenient. No sound-proof walls either-good luck when you have noisy neighbours. Better stay somewhere else. The rating system here seems to be rigged.
