8.0 Very good - Okta 09-04-2025

Review: We need to pay additional payment of 20k at the reception because payment at Agoda is not enough. No soap/amenities at hotel. Hygiene is so so

2.4 Disappointing experience - Eshaifol 07-01-2025

Review: Cleanliness, facilities and staff services did not match the experience we had. Overall it was a disappointing stay with many areas needing improvement

2.4 Bad facilities - Eshaifol 07-01-2025

Review: Towel lots of marks, and torn patches. No soap, no hot water

8.4 Excellent - Loly 25-10-2024

Review: Saat check in ditanya resepsionis harga kamarnya. lumayan jutek resepsionisnya. ya tapi lumayan dengan rate segitu, dapat kamar dengan lokasi yang cukup strategis.

3.2 Hmmm - Nor 19-09-2024

Review: The toilet was dirty and no hot water. The bed also not hygiene. Outside building looks new but not inside, pls improve cleanliness.
