Review: The hotel was a few minutes walk away from the train station, made it convenient for me to catch a train to airport.nCheck in was smooth, staff was kind and patient. The room was a bit small but I just needed a place to sleep so it was totally acceptable. Water refilling service on the corridor. The only thing was deposit needed to be paid by cash.

Review: when making a room reservation, I booked a standard room. when I received confirmation it turned out to be a room without windows. When I contacted the hotel that I had chosen the wrong room, they informed me to add a fee. However, when I checked in, they had upgraded my room to a deluxe room without any additional fee. I was very happy when I found out. thank you Desatu Hotel!!

Review: Great location – right next to a shopping mall with plenty of stores and dining options. A good choice if you need a place to stay before or after a flight. Friendly staff, quick check-in process.nThe walls are very thin – you can clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms, especially doors slamming. I woke up around 4 AM and couldn’t really get back to sleep. Also, a deposit is required at check-in (refunded upon check-out).n

Negative points: Although it was stated that there is a hot/cold water dispenser at every floor, the one on 9th floor was not functioning well...
Review: I like the hote. I knew it's the perfect hotel for me as there are many shops and easy access to many places. I enjoy my stay here. Definitely going to book again this hotel in Medan. Thank you for the hospitality provided. Such a wonderful stay.

Positive points: The location is on the center of the city, in a mall complex. many of the point of interests are reachable by foot, easy to find food for breakfast and dinner.
Negative points: The room quite small, the bathroom is not properly closed and separated only by glass wall, no complimentary bottled water although free flow water dispenser available on each floor.
