Positive points: Very nice property in a central location, well-maintained and with great staff support. I especially enjoyed sitting in the patio. All areas of the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of tasty selections.
Negative points: The initial room I given was too close to a conference/banquet room and I had to endure for several hours the noises and loud music from a birthday party that was taking place. I contacted the Front Desk staff and the issue was remedied when I was moved to a very nice and spacious junior suite. I was surprised that although I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I was not offered or granted access to the Concierge Lounge.

Positive points: We requested non smoking for all rooms . We booked 6 rooms and got 2 smoking rooms . Check in it’s say 2 pm but our rooms were not ready until 4 pm . Check in staff were not accommodating to our request. My daughter was given a smoking room n she has very bad allergies to smoke. They claim no rooms it’s full . If the hotel is full why didn’t it inform booking com so we can cancel n book another hotel in Medan . Disappointed at the attitude of front desk . They wanted to clean room after giving the room at 5 pm when my daughter was rushing for her meeting . Why give a girl smoking room which is so smelly after request was made . Booking .com pls see to this .
Negative points: No accommodating to our request. Late check in staffs are not smart to understand a situation.
Review: Kamarnya lumayan luas dan bersih, sudah disediakan hair dryer juga. untuk pilihan menu breakfast juga bervariasi. Untuk tamu yg menginap dapat free parkir. Minusnya cuma pelayanan checkoutnya yang lama. Selebihnya bagus semua.

Negative points: Although the room has the non smoking warning note (with a penalty remark if found anyone is smoking inside the room) how ever the smoky stench can be smelled as soon as one enter the room.

Negative points: Guest fill up his empty mineral water's bottle with welcome drink. And the bottleneck touch the nozzle of the welcome drink's.Not hygienic.
