Review: Location is ideal as it’s next to two malls. Staff were friendly and very helpful too.nnRooms were nice and big. Do select the breakfast option as the selection is wide and good. The welcome drink was also good.nnWill come back and stay again the next time I am in Medan.

Positive points: The hotel is fairly new compared to the surrounding areas, it’s modern, grand, has good facilities, bar, restaurant, gym etc. the staff we’re helpful and friendly and also accommodating to me cancelling 2 of my 7 rooms that I booked for a large group, free of charge.

Negative points: The pool was being refurbished so we were unable to use it. The gym machines could not be used at 5-6am in the morning as the power to the room must be turned off during certain hours.

Review: It was a good stay but if you are a light sleeper perhaps this hotel aint for you as the rooftop club is kinda noisy. I stayed at Level 5 but I still heard the base of the club. But I super enjoy my stay as it is big, new, clean, comfy stay

Positive points: Location is a mere 5 mins walk from the airport train station. Walkable to the big malls, close to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet is pretty big. Smart TV is very functional and allows screen mirroring. Superb value for money, will definitely stay here again if there is a next Medan trip.

Negative points: The nightclub bass rocks the whole building, can be a nuisance for people who aren't there for nightlife.
