Review: The Earth Villa is a beautiful place to stay. The lovely family who runs this place is extremely kind. Good location in between the old town and beaches - 30 mins walk or free bike rental to get you around. Excellent variety of breakfast, big and clean room, great wifi, nice pool - truly an amazing stay, highly recommended!!

Positive points: Breakfast is great. Mrs Hoa (not sure of spelling) is the most important part of Earth Villa

Positive points: Fantastic family run homestay in a perfect location between the old town and the beach. Spacious rooms set in a beautiful garden around a sparkling pool. Nice and quiet. We were so well looked after by Mrs Hua who made us delicious breakfasts and cleaned our room. We stayed a month in this very affordable little bit of paradise. Highly recommended

Review: It’s changed a bit since Covid not so many staff but I’m sure as more people stay there they will employ more people. Great breakfast nice big rooms good pool.

Positive points: It was quiet, clean, cool, and the family running the establishment were the best we encountered on the trip.

- the old town is 20-25 away to walk

Positive points: Small, quiet hotel with lovely family staff members. Some distance from Old Town but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Excellent value.

Review: We had a lovely time here at the earth villa....we even stayed an extra night! Service was great, the staff put a beautiful swan with petals on our bed when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The recommendations from the FOH staff was top notch. A lovely relaxing stay for us in beautiful Hoi An!

Review: Staff were super helpful with our two small kid (5y, 3y). They got us bicycle seats for both which we rode everywhere. Easy to bike to town or the beach. Both kids fit in the extra bed in the room with plenty of space to spare. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was filling and delicious (local eggs- yum!). The pool was nice and private very clean and shallow enough for the kids on one end.. The whole place felt like a little oasis even though it’s on a Main Street if Hoi An. I’d stay here again for sure!!

Review: You won't find a better place to stay in Hoi An! Everything is more than satisfactory.

Positive points: Wonderful family run homestay. Quiet and relaxed, clean, lovely pool. Helped us with trip and taxi booking. We stayed for 10 nights, it was a home from home. Bikes always available and the location is perfect for exploring countryside, beach and town, all accessible by bike.

Review: It’s half way between old town and beach, bikes are old but do the trick. Staff are awesome.

Positive points: A beautiful property with a gorgeous pool and lovely staff. The rooms are gorgeous and the breakfast is big and delicious. You can't go wrong with this place.
