Review: Right in front of Yeoksam exit 3 refund the gfc building. Building is nothing special but it’s clean and the staff were helpful with all requests. Recommended for when the price is right.
Positive points: Great location
Negative points: The bathroom design is terrible. It looks fancy but dirty especially in the sink area has black mold in the caulk. The Mable sink looked hard to clean. Water will overflow and leak outside the floor. There is a lot of moisture. No towels rack or hooks to hang used towels.

Positive points: Very clean and close to subway
Review: The hotel is situated just 3 min walk from Yeaksam station and a 15 mins walk to Gangnam Street where there are many restaurants, shops and pubs. There are also restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The room for 3 person is a decent size and beds are quite comfy. Netflix is not free and nlaundry services is also not available within the hotel and you have to walk 10 mins to the nearest coin laundry. For those travelling with friends, do note that the shower area is jusnnna clear glass door, and we had to open the toilet door to block the area for a bit of privacy. Amenities like toothbrush, shampoos etc are all provided. Overall, although a bit inconvenient but happy with my stay.
Positive points: I love the fact that it’s super close to Yeoksam Station (subway), the bed is super comfortable too.

Review: Good place, excellence location easy to catch bus and metro. Except the bathroom design, everything is good
Positive points: The rooms were nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. It's quiet, great location near the subway station. I would stay there again.
Negative points: The bathroom is a little awkward. The toilet stall is separate from the bathroom which is nice, but it's all mirrors so you're looking at hundreds of yourself as you're in there.
Review: We needed to find accommodation in a hurry and this hotel was great for us
Positive points: I really enjoyed my stay here, and was able to walk around to the Gangnam shopping areas, as well as stay in and relax very easily. The bathtub was definitely one of my favorite parts! The staff was very friendly and helpful, as well.
Negative points: The only thing I didn't love about the room was the lack of counter space in the bathroom, so it was hard to get ready in the morning.
Review: The location is superb! Very accessible to the subway - around 2 minute walk to Yeoksam Station. There are also restaurants and convenient stores around the area. The staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel has about 5 rooms per floor, so our stay was quiet and peaceful. It is also very near the bus station going to the airport. The elevator though is quite slow. Overall, I loved our stay here.
Positive points: Very clean and modern atmosphere. Many nice restaurants are around hotel, very close to subway station.
Negative points: It would be good, if I could use the cafe in hotel, it was closed all time. No laundry service.

Review: Very nice place for you visit in Gangnam area, Seoul. Clean room, nice shower and good bed.
Positive points: On the positive side, the hotel is 1 minute from the Yeoksam station and airport bus limousine stop.
Negative points: The room was small as is to be expected, but there was no dedicated space for luggage. The design of the bathroom is very poor, almost impossible to take a shower without making a huge mess of water everywhere. Understood that this is a common design some places, but the bathroom floors are not sloped correctly, so do not drain properly and with the toilet being in the same area, the standing water on the floor felt unhygienic.
