Review: Great location, spacious clean room with all mod cons. Centrally located. Great wifi and West Lake at your door step. Great swimming pool and changing rooms. Friendly staff.

Positive points: Although location is away from the main attractions, its surroundings has many food establishments, groceries options, quiet night sleep and beautiful view. The rooms are larger than expected with fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for family.

Negative points: The wash basin/sink is rather high for the kids. If there were a step up stool for the kids would have complete the perfect stay.

Positive points: Staff was fantastic. Highlight of the stay for sure. Great location and close to a lot of restaurants. Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Negative points: Lots of construction around right now. Need a hot tub/jacuzzi.

Negative points: Pool was infested with bugs, our three children were covered in bites from the waist down. The hotel staff were friendly but not very accommodating on late checkout times and we ended up paying for a half day to stay a few hours.
