Silkian Hoian Boutique Hotel & Spa

Review: The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and clean. The receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic. Especially, the owner is very young and lovely, very hospitable. The swimming pool is super beautiful, but I went during the cold season so I didn't swim. There are free bicycles available. The parking area is spacious, enough for 4 to 5 cars. If I get the chance to stop by Hoi An, I will definitely stay here.

Review: We had a nice stay for 3 nights in hoi an. The pool was lovely, the staff were friendly and the bikes were a nice addition. The rooms were big and generous, the breakfast could have been better and the elevator noise was a bit noisy throughout the night which was its one let down.

Review: Probably one of the best hotels i have stayed in at the price point. Clean, friendly staff. When we checked in, a staff sat down with us for about 10-15 mins talking to us about the local area and where to go to enjoy the best of Hoi An. Definitely recommend

Review: There is always someone cleaning common spaces, and our rooms were cleaned every day while we were out exploring the city. I saw doors opened for rooms they were cleaning and they mop the floors entirely and give you new towels every day, so everything is spotless. Free breakfast included. Staff is really helpful. It’s a bit of a walk to the old town, but I think the quality and price is worth a bit of extra walking.

Review: The hotel is new and has a fresh take overall. The staff was exquisite and super helpful! Lucia one of the desk manager went out of her way to help us out with some medical emergency and followed up with us even after we left the hotel.
The location was also perfect as it was exactly equal distance to the beach and the old town !

Positive points: The price is very correct for what you get: a comfortable room not far from the old town, ideal for a night or two.

Positive points: The hotel was nice and big, the rooms were cozy and clean. The shower was big and good water pressure. The pool was nice to hang out at the end of the day and cool off. The hotel itself is located in a nice area, not so far away from the old Hoi An area, like a 15 min walk from the hotel basically. There are a lot of restaurants near by and also the easy to get a Grab from the hotel. The staff was super helpful and super nice, they helped us rent a motor bike for 2 days and it was delivered directly to the hotel.

Review: The facility is top class. Rooms are very very spacious and comfortable. They also provide bicycles to the guest so that they can explore the ancient town of Hoi an. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to stay in hoi an and would like to avoid all the crowd of the town but still want to stay in proximity of Hoi an

Positive points: The property was perfect for me as I wanted somewhere peaceful and comfortable for 2 nights in Hoi An that was close enough to the main area that I didn’t have to walk far , The staff were lovely and the room was perfect. Very comfy bed and the air con was brilliant which was much needed. The manager Henry and his team are amazing , will help you with any situation .
