Review: Facilities is good, cleanliness is decent. However, personally we were put this terrible situation. At 10am, we were still sleeping, the staff rang the bell twice, then just opened the door (even though we locked from inside, so 1 star for security) to try coming in to show the apartment to long term renters. Good thing there stood the bedroom door, or he wouldve seen us naked. Dont know what else to feel. So it's our fault we were not awake enough to answer the doorbell, as it seemed.

Positive points: A very nice apartment in a good region of Ha Noi!))

Review: Everything is great, the room is clean and fully equipped. The TV is big with cable, the refrigerator has ice ready to drink, and the bathroom is a bit small but very nice. nI didn't find any downsides except for the entrance being a bit small :v you have to maneuver a little to get the motorcycle into the parking area, but everything else is fantastic. 10 points!

Positive points: Apartment and facilities are new and clean. Services are friendly and profesional. Apartment is located near Circle K convenience store, restautants, street-foods court, and Malls. All of things are great.

Review: The hotel is in a great location, clean, well-equipped, suitable for families. There are many restaurants around at various price points, and there is a convenient convenience store at the end of the alley if you want to cook for yourself.

Positive points: Gia đình mình đến check in sớm nhưng vẫn đc hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Vì gđ có con nhỏ nên với mình việc tìm 1 chỗ nghỉ ngơi phù hợp khá là quan trọng, vậy nên mình đã cân nhắc rất kĩ và lựa chọn Ruby đúng là k làm cho vk ck mình thất vọng. Căn hộ sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi từ phòng ngủ, phòng tắm và các thiết bị thiết yếu trong nhà bếp, máy giặt … khiến mình cảm giác thoải mái như là ở nhà vậy. An ninh tốt, yên tĩnh, lại thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển, đặt xe, ngay đầu ngõ có cửa hàng tiện lợi, quán cà phê rất tiện nữa… lần sau nếu có dịp quay lại HN, sẽ tiếp tục lựa chọn Ruby 😊
