Review: We loved our stay here. Yes the rooftop pool could do with some updated furniture but it's not the end of the world. Our room was a little squishy, but it was clean and the bed was comfy and in the softer side - although still typically firm.
The hosts were wonderfully kind and regularly checked in on us and offered great tips on things to do and how to barter at the markets.
The location is what we really loved. It's tucked down a street just a short walk from the night markets so everything is easy to get to. We would happily return here on our next visit to Hoi An.

Positive points: The host and her family are so lovely and welcoming, they made us feel so at home. Plenty of helpful recommendations for local authentic restaurants and tailors. Every time we came through the door we were welcomed with water which was my favourite part. Breakfast is great if you like fruit, they have good savoury options too like cao lau or pho. I couldn’t fault this place, the roof top view is also stunning!

Review: Great breakfast. I am vegetarian, and they ordered in a special vegetarian noodle soup. My whole family enjoyed their meal. As we were leaving early, they also allowed us to have breakfast at 7 am instead of 7:30 am.

Great location and the hosts were very helpful, even helping us buy some rain ponchos from a seller nearby at a reasonable price.

Positive points: The staff were very helpful at all times. Ruby always had water for us and breakfast was a nice bonus to be included, which made the whole stay VERY affordable. 1kg of washing for a small fee was so helpful. The location was great, being just a 2-5 minute walk to the night markets, the river restaurants, lantern boats, Japanese bridge and the old town. The pool was clean and had the best view. The view from the rooftop (where the pool is located) , across the old town and the river was INCREDIBLE !!! Thank you so much for making our stay in Hoi An so special.

Review: My stay at rock mouse villa was absolutely awesome! The hotel is family-run, and they truly take care of you like you’re part of their family. The breakfast was delicious and such a great way to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay!

Positive points: The lady owner is very generous with the breakfast supply. Always provide us with our request.
She is also very helpful by recommending us where to eat, help us to buy train tickets and arranging the transportation from Hoian to Da Nang train station.

Review: The owners/hosts do everything they can to care for their guests. They treat you like family and love kids. So glad to have chosen this place. The rooms are great, the breakfast is fast and excellent.

Positive points: Amazing location a little quieter as set away from the main streets but very walkable to the main old town. Staff were fab and very helpful. Pool area was great but a little neglected. Likely because it was colder when I was there though. The rooms were basic but very comfortable so exactly as expected for the price.

Positive points: The homestay experience was very pleasant because of the welcoming nice hosts. It is family run property and we really liked the family atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, just perfect with delicious Vietnamese food options and fresh fruits. Breakfast was the highlight of this stay for us. The lady who was in charge of the place helped us with booking of some tours and we were satisfied with the service. The homestay offered laundry service which was excellent. Free bottles of water were provided and we appreciated it a lot.

Review: Very central hotel to everything you need. Can walk to river market lantern street shops etc. Bed very comfortable clean hotel lift to floors good breakfast. Good value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly enjoyed our stay

Our flight was delayed two hours but welcomed warmly at 00 30 am.
Only "complaint" tyey need thicker towels. Everything else excellent. Best omelot breakfast ever.
