Riverside Impression Villas

Review: Riverside Impression Villas is a beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance to Hanoi's Old Town. The rooms are large, clean and provide comfort and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuine in their desire to personally connect with guests throughout their stay. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk, or few minute motorbike ride into the Old Town, in a quiet part of the city, away from all of the shops. I would highly recommend Riverside Impression Villas and plan to stay there again on any future visits.

Positive points: A great place to stay only a short walk or cycle to old town. Super helpful staff

Review: The property is great, with exceptional host and friendly staffs. They arranged from motorbikes at a short notice and even provided cycles for free. Absolute value for money. The only downside is there’s no lift, so you have to carry your own luggage to the room which can be difficult for elderly people. Still, recommended for a stay in Hoi An. PS: don’t forget to explore the coffee shop just opposite the property

Positive points: Lovely, great breakfast, lovely big room , 10 minutes walk into centre, free bikes , wonderful garden, great fish pond. Would come back.Loved the outside area would have loved to have gone in the lovely pool , just a little too chilly for me . Great little kitchen in our room if you fancied eating, plates saucepans, etc . For what we paid amazing find . Have been to Hoi An many times and this is the best place I have stayed in . Thank you

Review: The receptionist was very sweet there and also helped to book our tickets to the cultural show.

Positive points: Had a great stay here. We arrived very early by sleeper bus from Nha Trang. Arranged early access to our unit for a small fee. Well worth it as I never slept on the 'sleeper' bus.
The accommodation is modern and very  comfortable.  Breakfast is served on the patio overlooking the river. There are a lot of breakfast options available, to suite any palate.
The owner and staff go out of their way to help in any way they can.

I loved the rural view we had of the river.

Review: Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast, amazing river views, clean pool, beautifully appointed bedrooms. A home away from the bustle of hoi an old town but only a free 5 minute bike ride away. Definitely would stay again after spending 7 days there.

Review: We like the small local shop in front of villas. We don't need the price deal and get the real price. We will stay here again when I go back to Hoian :)

Positive points: We stayed with my family including two children and Grandmother. The suite was perfect for us all to stay in. We walked into the historic quarter several times and the distance was manageable for all ages. There are plenty of place to eat close to the Villa. The pool was the perfect place to cool off after sightseeing. The staff were wonderfully helpful and really took care of my Mum who wanted to go on a tour. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. The gardens are stunning and a lovely place to explore.
A very minor thing but one of the rooms in the suite was divided from the living room by a curtain rather than a wall. It didn't impact us but might be worth noting.

Review: The Riverside Impression is a solid option it's clean, centrally located, has a bit of charm, and the staff were very attentive and supportive. The beds, like most in SE Asia, are hard and a bit uncomfortable, and there are definitely more scenic spots (riverside is a bit of a misleading name). If you have the option, take the ones facing the fields in the back, rather than the main road out front, especially if you're a lighter sleeper. But overall, we had an enjoyable stay and really appreciated the staff support.

Positive points: Very nice views with well kept garden and pond area. The breakfast service was also very good with a decent selection food and drinks.

Review: All services were good. Good place to relax on vacation. So close with Hoi An Ancient Town. <500m to Hoi An Impression Theme Park.

Positive points: Like a resort-dtyle homestay. Or a homestay-style resort. Immaculately maintained villas backing onto the river and over looking rice fields, while also well-appointed with a great little pool to swim in after a hot day. We borrowed bikes and on them it's about 90 seconds to the edge of Old Town (10 minutes walk). Shops and restaurants across the road for when you need your early-morning ice coffee!

Review: Nestled in a quiet street next to sprawling farm life, this ideal little hotel is really a charming hideaway

Positive points: The breakfast was delicious. All the staff was very polite and fast to help with any issues. Super comfy bed and complimentary laundry service. Very clean. The pool was lovely. The location was 12m to old city, but bike free it was very easy.

Review: We had an excellent stay at Riverside Impression! In particular, the staff was attentive and friendly, and made us feel so welcome. Our room was lovely: very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a cute balcony and nice view. There are relaxing places to sit out, too. Our son loved watching the fish out the front! The hotel is in a great location- nice and tranquil, and yet only ashort walk in to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend this lovely place to stay.
