Staff very friendly & helpful.
Turned up last minute but they were not phased.
Positive points: The owners were very friendly and helpful, the room big and clean and locating just 10 mins walk from the heart of town and all events. A very good VFM choice

Negative points: Lack of basic facilities in the room. Kettle, fixtures in the shower room, refillable water would be a good addition
Positive points: I loved how accommodating the staff were. They cleaned the room daily and took out the trash. The room was big for 3 people.
Negative points: There's no elevator, so be mindful that you'll have to go up flights of stairs.

Review: This place was even better than expected! Great location kits out of the crazy touristyness of Hoi An but close enough to get into the action easily. Affordable. Spacious. Comfortable. Really nice staff. Definitely recommend!

Review: This homestay has been one of the best I have ever stayed in. The family is so nice and helpful! The rooms are massive and so clean. They will go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Definitely recommend! Also location is a 1 min walk to the day market and a nice 7ish min walk to night market. You won't be dissapointed :)

Review: Homestay rất gần phố cổ, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn, phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, và đầy đủ tiện nghi cần thiết. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Sẽ quay lại lần sau nếu có dịp.
