Review: One of the best stays of our vietnam trip, host is very accommodating and friendly. Worth every buck and very good service.

Positive points: Quiet location just outside of old town, near sleeper bus drop off. Lovely room with balcony. Hosts were very welcoming. We didn’t use the pool but looked nice.

Review: Very nice homestay little bit outside the city center of Hoi An, was good value for this price, quiet area and room was very clean and high quality materials and furniture! Very helpful and sympatic owner lady, would come again!

Positive points: Wonderful family villa in the center of Hoi An, great location. Absolutely 💯 % recommend ! The owner help us to buy tickets in the sleeping bus, which is almost not possible in days on New Year. The room was very clean and large !

Review: Modern rooms, with lots of light, comfortable beds, great shower, big balcony and super friendly owners. Walking distance (10 minutes) to the old town, but in a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

Review: Lovely place to stay! Chị Lần was very welcoming, spoke perfect English, and helped me out with money withdrawal. She is a fantastic tailor, I bought a shirt from her which felt like it was made for me. With a clear talent for interior design, rooms in her guesthouse feel homey and special. Nothing was lacking during my stay and everything in the rooms was of decent quality and clean. There's a very popular rice place right across the place that's good eatin, and the guesthouse itself is very near to the old town. All in all, a great value stay.

Positive points: Best host! And can get all tailoring done here for very reasonable and quickly!

Review: the place is just off the old square about 15 minutes walk, and about 20 minutes to cua Dai beach. clean and reasonable priced. it is located in the back behind a garden and the owner's house. room is spacious and airy. overall it is a positive experience. they provide a bike so you can peddle around, there are 2 bikes (1 is not working). owners offered to take us on the motor bike, to the bus station when we were pressing for time to make the last bus out of town. would stay there again,

Positive points: Lovely welcome when we arrived. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely, left us to do our own thing but were helpful with anything we needed.

Review: The hotel is 5min away from Hoi An old town, if you like to rent a push bike or a motor bike she will arrange it for you. The owner is just awesome she has a white board on the main door and she writes nice comments and helpfull tips adressed to whoever ask for information. The hotel is very clean and new, is the best one I've been in Vietnam. I even think she should charge more compared of all the other ones I've been. She arranges all tours you want aswell and her english is quite good!! I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who is looking for a good quality/price cheap hotel. Thank you!!! We will be back

Positive points: Property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and did everything we asked and more to make us feel comfortable and happy.

Review: On their agoda listing, the owner has clearly just clicked that they have every single facility, including a salon, spa and infirmary, which they clearly did not. Room was pretty big and clean, with a small but nice balcony. For the first night, we weren't given a duvet or sheet or anything and had to request one for the next night. Staff were helpful and rented us bicycles for the day. We had a power cut and unfortunately they don't have their own generator so we were sat on the dark. Generally, it was very nice.
