Positive points: Everything was good, from the welcome to the final goodbye. The staff was so warm and welcoming and accommodated to our every need. The room was clean and well maintained, not to mention the breakfast and morning coffee. Special mention to the team that looked after us during our stay. We really really had a great time and would definitely come back for another stay.

Positive points: The property is wonderful and feels secluded once you walk in. It’s a little slice of heaven. It’s set away from street. We were very grateful to stay in District 3, versus 1. It was so noisy & busy there… constant traffic, honking and in general loud. We took Grab to other areas when we were exploring. It’s just a few dollars most of the time. The patio outside was a nice touch.

The staff are wonderful & so helpful. They respond quickly to our requests. We didn’t eat there, but did use the laundry service which was also good. Duc (both) and Kim Chi were very helpful and happy to do their jobs.

Positive points: The entire staff is great, a big shout out for Ny, Tien, and Chi.
We were there on 3 separate bookings for our trip, and every stay was great. We will be back on our next trip to the city.

Review: This M hotel was remodelled from an old villa quite beautifully. The room was nicely designed and furnitured, spacious and has a lot of windows for natural light, which I like. Staffs was super nice, responsive and helpful. Best thing is they provided free ironing and laundry services. Location is central but tucked away so you can avoid all the city buzzes yet still within accessible distance from all good eating and hanging out spots. Overall pleasant stay and totally recommend.

Positive points: This hotel is an absolute gem, set in what I believe was once the prime minister’s mansion. The attention to detail throughout the property is simply lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the standout perks was the complimentary laundry service—such a thoughtful and helpful touch!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, with a special shoutout to Kim Chi, who made us feel completely at home. She was always available with fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our experience in Ho Chi Minh City. If you’re looking for a charming, welcoming place to stay, this is it!

Review: We arrived at HCMC from London feeling exhausted and somewhat overwhelmed with the thought of all we needed to organise- currency, eSIM, trips etc as independent travellers, however no need whatsoever to feel worried, it’s so relaxing and they immediately chatted to us and explained all we needed to do and showed us where to go. They advised local good restaurants and even what would be traditional food to order, sunnie, Christine and the other ladies too all made it perfect, you must stay here.
The room is so clean, quiet and relaxing, such a chilled atmosphere in reception/breakfast. Lovely toiletries all made specially for the hotel, laundry complimentary and tea/coffe via room service included for free. You can get a grab car cost us 95,000VND (£3) from airport and into district 1 cost around 60-80VND (£2-3). Local restaurants and bars to walk to and so friendly wherever we went.
If I could rate 11/10 I would do that it’s perfect.

Positive points: A charming small hotel in a secluded garden with great security and delightful staff who ensure your stay is going well.
It’s a very nice location and walking distance to the centre of town. Other hotels may be nearer town but probably not as quiet or secluded.

Review: I have stayed with the M Village brand prior, this new location is my first time, I must say it was such a satisfying stay! The staff greeted me with a welcome drink, my room was ready upon check-in, and it was just 1 pm :)! Throughout my whole stay the staffs were amazing, friendly and helpful in many ways. Despite the fact that it was a brand new location, the management did a good job on training. There was room for improvement on the laundry service but nonetheless it was very pleasing!
The location of the hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood, there were quite a few good restaurants around the area within 5-15 mins walk. Definitely enjoy the morning stroll. The property has a cute pool more so made for kids or instagramers, or just enjoy a good dip under the sun. There is no gym at the facility, however, i was given the option to go to any of their group hotel for a workout or the pool, which was very accommodating! Overall i’d rate it a 4.8 out of a 5 in total for my stay experience. Highly recommended for those who enjoy zen and quietness. I’d definitely come back for another stay next time around. Review: President Maison is a beautiful, brand-new product, with excellent service thanks to a warm and welcoming Team. The rooms offer all the necessary modern equipment (love the wine glass display), nice amenities (Rituals), with effective air-conditioning and soundproofing. The garden is a very much welcome USP after spending hours in downtown HCMC. Thank you again to the Team for their caring and efficient service.

Review: Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, hay tận tình hỏi thăm mọi chi tiết dù là nhỏ nhất. Chỉ tiếc là các phòng trong khách sạn đều không có bồn tắm, nhưng nhìn chung cũng không ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng dịch vụ trong thời gian nghỉ ngơi ở khách sạn. Sẽ quay trở lại trong tương lai.
