Review: It's a bit out of the way but a grab taxi or a hire bike which he hires is great and cheap as chips very relaxing and would definitely come back again the owners son is very very helpful

Positive points: Staff very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. I only planned to stay a few nights but extended to ~10 nights. Very nice looking homestay in a great location, I would’ve happily paid much more per night- great value for money.

Positive points: This was a wonderful place to stay. There was so much attention to detail and Son and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room, building and pool were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Son has designed a peaceful villa with beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our conversations with Son. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Positive points: We loved our stay at the villa - it is a very calm and beautiful place with a beautiful pool and lovely hosts. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. You get a bicycle for free to explore Hoi An, the beach, and everything around. I would always come back, thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Review: We book last minute and they only had one room left at the back, room was fine smaller than rooms at front but still nice, breakfast was simply. Staff nice, will try to sell you trips but if you just say no they will not pester you, nice little pool out front, it’s location is about 20 min walk to town and 25 cycle to beach, it’s $7.5 to rent scooter or $5 if you rent from up the road, they can arrange a car to airport for around $15 which is a fair price

Positive points: Staff were brilliant, super friendly and welcoming. They let us checkin early to an already cool room as aircon had been on, they went above and beyond, would stay again

Review: Not quite as nice as the pictures but clean and comfortable, one downside being the poor ventilation in the bathroom which left a lingering damp smell in the room. Also a little far out unless you're renting a bike/don't mind a long walk. Nice reception and pool area and friendly staff.
