Review: Friendly staff, clean hotel, additional items are inexpensive. However, sound insulation is quite poor.

Review: Room and price were great, location as well but communication was really hard with the old couple present there, they don't usually provide a tea set and bowls for noodles, but we asked and received one dirty bowl and fork.

Review: Ks đc cái là cũng mới. Phòng cũng tạm đc. Chỉ tội phòng k có đồ mini bar. Nước uống phải trả thêm tiền. Rao cạo phải hỏi. N nói chung là cũng thông cảm với cô chú cũng có tuổi. Kd phụ thêm.

Be advised: rooms with one double bed has no windows to outside, windows open to corridor!

Review: The lovely owner, super premium coffee-scented room spray. Before leaving, she gave me a cake as a gift. Everyone should stay here when coming to Thanh Hoa and should carefully consider the negative reviews, which could be from competitors. I've stayed here and would like to refute the negative reviews based on my personal opinion at the time of this comment.
Positive points:
The personal were very friendly. At leaving the lady there served me with peanuts & coffee.
P.S. I forgot my phone charger there and they agreed to send it to me to my next booking.

Positive points: All is good. Only problem is a lot of mosquitos. No kettle in the room as well as small refrigerator. However very close to the Centre and Big C supper market if you need to shop.

Positive points: From the start Mr. Nam Anh had been so helpful and easy to reach, not to mention the staff who are friendly made my stay trouble-free. I'll certainly go back there again! Also, the rooms are super clean.
