Review: Breakfast is absolutely Good
Positive points: It was convenient for the QL1a and the staff were welcoming. Definitely suitable for locals/domestic tourism. All staff happy to use Google translate to communicate.
Negative points: No hot water when I tried to shower. The dinner menu didn't have vegetarian food and due to language barrier, when I requested the stir fry noodles for a vegetarian I got super noodles in a bowl of water with a bit of pak choi, i was so hungry I made do.
Review: The breakfast is Ultimate .
Positive points: This is super good for the price. The room is large, big bed, wonderful staffs.
Review: Location was a bit far from center. However the stay was good. Excellent parking space for those travelling with car.
Positive points: It was cheap.
Negative points:
1. There were no staff or receptionist can speak in English.
2. On the Booking.com app, They are opening Gym. But there were not.
3. I saw cockroach and ants... at the restaurant table.

- Giá ổn: mình đặt phòng 2 giường đơn trên agoda 400k/đêm
- Đồ ăn sáng đầy đủ và rất ngon, đặc biệt những món nước như phở
- Nhân viên thân thiện hỗ trợ và giải thích chính sách đầy đủ cho khách nào thắc mắc
Với mức giá này thì mình thấy không có khuyết điểm nào cả.
Đã ở đây 2 lần và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

It was weird experience.
First they gave me key to the room which wasn't cleaned from previous guest (towels inside bathtub, trash, etc)
On the second try they put me into a room with, apparently, corridor's aircon module on the balcony, which was roaring like a jet engine for the most part of the day
So def not coming here second time

Positive points: Good spacious room . Reasonable breakfast. A/C good. Large well appointed reception area
Negative points: Absolutely NO staff spoke English . They tried to keep my passport at reception but I refused . They then wanted over one million Dong as a deposit against damage & snacks . Coffee at breakfast was stone cold . Very little western food available. No a/c in public areas

As Buyer's QC traveling everywhere in Vietnam, I've always looking affordable Hotel, safe , clean and friendly Staff, that is my priority, so I found Phoenix , I am happy to stay here.

Positive points: It is worth the price
Negative points: At present, nothing. However, this is not a new hotel so the facilities are pretty old fashioned.
Review: The hotel is well-maintained with pristine interiors, and the furniture looks brand new. The beds are clean and comfortable. The staff members are gentle and attentive. The breakfast is delicious.
Positive points: Lovely two night stay, super clean and quiet (except for the trucks on the road)
Negative points: Bathroom has a small leak

Review: The room and suite was beautiful. Staff were nice and accomodating considering there was very little English spoken. Breakfast was excellent, however there were little to no guests. I pretty much had the hotel to myself.
