Positive points: We booked the room, when we came they didn’t have the room available. Therefore we had to find another hotel. It is very bad experience with this service.

When we came they said the room is not available but they ask for more money to have a room.

Review: The hotel is clean with not many amenities, but the price for water is reasonable. However, I booked through the app and there was no mention of check-in time, and when I arrived, they asked for an additional 100k for the room because I came early, even though there were no other guests and I only arrived about 40 minutes early. Well, since I had already booked, I stayed anyway. The location is next to Big C, but it’s a bit dusty since it's near the highway.
