Negative points: lack of swimming pool, children's area has no lights, is not cleaned and does not have many games. Price is still high compared to the general level.
Positive points: Poor choice. almost nothing eatable, drinks almost no choice and poor quality.
Negative points: Breakfast with poor choices, even bread heating machine was not working as well.

Positive points: Amazing stay in Thanh Hóa! In just a couple of minutes, we decided NOT to go to Sầm Sơn Beach and instead to stay in the nearby city of Thanh Hóa. Guided by this idea we just booked what we could and turned out that we hit bingo with this! The property is in the city center just a few meters from the city's biggest mall and lots of eateries are nearby (my wife is Vietnamese :)). The staff is super friendly. Everything is clean, and breakfast is great (Asian though, but there is bread too). I recommend coming to this hotel just because it is so good!
Negative points: Sound isolation is not proper, so you may hear some sounds coming from other rooms and corridors. We came there outside of the season, I can imagine when the hotel is full and that could be a real deal breaker. But hey we didn't, so it was ok for us!

Positive points: Room is clean, good location, friendly staff. I stayed in a family room with 2 bedroom, feel convenient, howerver, room designed quite closed with a lot of wall so feel that the space is cut into small which make a bit the cramped feeling.

Negative points: Maybe a good English speaking staff would have been really helpful. At breakfast staff should understand international food requirements. Like if someone need hot coffee and not just warm.
