Positive points: I really loved the hotel, it was clean, hot water, cold A/C, friendly front desk, close to local restuarants and a big market. And the price was even better, the only thing I will say is that the mattresses are VERY firm. Other than that, the hotel is really awesome and I do recommend

Review: Quiet and quite spacious room with a comfortable bed, basic bathroom, good balcony, and a workspace.
Friendly and helpful manager (use Google Translate), v good laundry service, and generally all-round very good value for money. I like the area - esp Cafe Boong and the big farmers’ market nearby.

Review: Very dirty bed sheet, bugs crawl everywhere. It was too late in the evening and our car broke down, we got to stay. I rent two rooms but my son's room was awful, with plenty of alive bugs on the sheet and a huge roach on the wall. He had to crash in my room waiting for the sunrise so we could leave.
