Review: Standard room, clean and fully equipped with basic amenities (fan, air conditioning, hot water...)! Some rooms have windows that open to the main street, quite chill! The hotel is close to the center, just a 5-7 minute walk to many eateries near the center! Overall, it's great for the room price on Agoda! If I get the chance to return, I will book a room here again!
Positive points: Hotel was calm and welcoming … the receptionist was very cool he helped me order my first food lol . I enjoyed my stay

Reception staff (owner/manager?) very helpful and very pleasant.
It was nice to have a bedside light rather than walk to the door to turn the lights off.
Only stayed one night, but Thanh Hoa much larger than we expected, so could have spent a full day or so exploring.
Negative points:
Bed was incredibly hard.
Would have benefited from a kettle and tea and coffee, but same can be said for most hotels in SE Asia
Review: The hotel owner provides excellent service, is very flexible with guests, and the cleanliness and interior are beautiful and new.
Positive points: This a nice hotel in a very quiet area. Lovely hostess who made me feel very welcome. Room was big and comfortable with kettle and fridge etc. Don't tell Booking.com but I stayed for 2 extra nights at a reduced rate.. cash only of course! Recommended.
Negative points: Some people wouldn't like the standard of cleaning in the bathroom.. but it was perfectly adequate and hygienic.

Positive points: A very clean and well appointed hotel in a town that doesn’t seem to see too many westerners. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Review: The hotel is clean, near the center, and the price is reasonable.
Positive points:
The room was really big and comfortable. There's not much fourniture but it's enough. The personal is super nice. The room is not systematically cleaned everyday which I think is really good. So you can decide if you want people to get into your room or not.
On the overall, the room was better than I expected.
Negative points: The hotel is at 20min walking from the center, which is a bit inconvenient if you want to eat something at night. But with a bit of organisation it's not really a problem.

Review: Helpful people lovable place
Positive points: Good location and secure parking for our motorcycle. Also there's a great restaurant round the corner "Lucky BBQ" really cheap and as much as you can eat.
Negative points: The hotel was noisy, the bathroom was disgusting. The drain was full of rubbish and the taps or mirror hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I suspect it's because the cleaner was in the room opposite watching TV with the door open. Also the hotel was so noisy all night and it came from everywhere. We hardly slept.

Positive points: Well sign posted...great room and lovely hot rain shower. Quiet area, but 15 minute walk to great restaurants on main street.
Negative points: 15 minute walk to ATM etc, but quiet area so worth it!

Positive points: A very basic room but clean and big, with lovely big windows and in a quiet area. Internet worked well. I was able to rent a motor bike from the hotel to look around Thanh Hoa.Coffee shops and food places reasonably close, about 10 mins walk. Good value for money at 300K per night.
Negative points: A little far from the main parts of Thanh Hoa.
