Thank you manager Mike (Thanh)! We are a family of four (two babies under 2). We booked a premium corner room that was located on the 27th floor. There was a fire alarm (False alarm) and we had to exit the building using the fire escape stairways. As we did not know it was a false alarm I had to carry 2 babies down 27 flights of stairs (it was exhausting and worrying). As you can imagine I was very upset. The manager (Mike) was wonderful, he arranged an upgrade to a V.I.P Suite including Lounge access. This was amazing. The room was about 92m2, and was very beautiful. My family and I were over the moon with Mike's resolution to our problem.
Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the staff, the location, the rooms, the food, the swimming pool. I have stayed here with my family 4 times now and will be returning in the near future with some other family from the UK. I never consider any other hotel when I visit this city as no where else can compare.
As a side note, when I stayed there in the summer previously the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the beach, this is something we will be trying on our next visit.
Negative points: Nothing, well apart from the fire alarm incident but that was resolved in an amazing way, thanks again Mike.

Review: Phương, the massage therapist helped us out a lot on the first day giving us a good impression of the hotel. Lính also gave us some pointers on where to go and so forth and helped us get a SIM card. Much gratitude to everyone and will come back.
