Positive points: We had a really enjoyable stay at PAN’ House Hanoi Hotel. The apartments were bright, spacious, modern, and well-equipped, giving us everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location near West Lake was both peaceful and convenient, with easy access to cafes and local amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our experience even better.One thing to keep in mind, though, is the beds. Like others have mentioned, they are quite firm, which might not be to everyone's taste. For us, that was the only minor drawback. Despite this, we found the hotel to be excellent value for money and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-appointed place to stay in Hanoi.

Review: I have to say this is the place I like the most so far when in Hanoi. I stayed for 6 days but felt super comfortable :3 security is top-notch because the entrance requires swiping the room card. Overall, I really love Pan House. (One point is that the location in West Lake has many options to eat but is a bit far from entertainment spots, so anyone who wants to book should consider the location.)

Positive points: The unit was really spacious and modern. There is also a lot of storage. Having a kitchen inside the unit is also very convenient. LOVE LOVE LOVE the location!- it is close to many mini shops and pharmacies if you need to buy necessities. Many cute coffee shops next door too!

Review: We went to Hanoi to study, so we rented a room near our school. Pan's house is convenient, close to West Lake, clean, and friendly. There are also many food and coffee shops around, and the cafe across the street is very open and has a street style. It suits us.
