Positive points: Loved this place, I was little suspicious about staying here because I didn’t see many reviews but it was awesome. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and would dry up easily. They even let me stay for 2 hours more at an extra cost of 20% which seemed quite reasonable. I forgot to collect my deposit so they texted me and sent it via PayPal. I couldn’t recommend it more, its walkable from the ferry station and the welcome to batam sign. If you don’t have a booking for sightseeing you can walk upto the ferry station and hire and cab, they are quite reasonable as well.

Positive points: The place is clean. There’s a convenience store right next to it and also there’s a bigger store inside the mall behind the hotel. Around 100m from the hotel there’s a lot of franchise restaurant/bakery, and around 200m there’s a big food stall area. Easy to find any kind of food, including veg/vegan options. The front door is locked at 10 PM so it’s safe. Multiple room type choices, but this one with bunk bed is great for 2pax. The receptionist are helpful and communicative. Definitely coming back here.

Review: Tôi đã có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời đầu tiên tại khách sạn Oxy. Căn phòng giống hệt như trong hình, siêu sạch sẽ và tất cả các tiện nghi cơ bản đều có trong phòng. Một trong những nhân viên, có lẽ là giám sát viên hoặc quản lý tên Gunawan, luôn giữ cho tôi được cập nhật và kiểm tra thời gian đến của tôi, đồng thời chỉ đường từ bến phà, đặc biệt là vì tôi là người nước ngoài. Tiếng Anh của anh ấy thật xuất sắc. Tôi rất hài lòng với thời gian lưu trú của mình và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong tương lai, hoàn toàn khuyến nghị cho tất cả mọi người! Họ cũng có các phòng nối với nhau.
