Review: Clean room n helpful staff
Positive points: The price was very affordable for this suite. Room is clean and has a good view. Bed is very comfortable too. Loved that the room comes with a free big gallon of water and free drinks in the fridge. rnBreakfast has a reasonable range. Just that some of the food is either too salty or too sweet for our liking.
Review: Recommend for family with children
Positive points: The staff very friendly,nQuietnFantastic breakfast
Negative points: Not much to do around the hotel but grab very easily accessible
Review: A bit far from City but worth it
Positive points: Very nice and good for family
Negative points: Nothing to comments
Review: Apartment was huge. Can host a party. Only minus points was, location was away from city area.
Negative points: The air conditioning is quite loud and the wash basin drain cover isn't functioning properly. It doesn't stay in place, so water doesn't fully drain unless you manually lift the drain stopper with your fingernails. Don't get an Invoice after payment automatically.
Review: Good and nice apartment. But far from city area.
Positive points: Swimming pool
Review: Everything is good. nThey have to improve on their Cafe, not much choices of pastries, cake & drinks.
Positive points: as usual staff friendliness.. great amenities and facilities.. cleanliness and comfortability.
Negative points: breakfast location changed.. less variety 😔
Positive points: Was very quiet
Review: Apartment is big, clean & nice... hotel next to Apartment..
Positive points: Rooms were clean and spacious. The towels were those big and heavy kind which i loveeeee. Breakfast was a really wide spread and you'd be spoilt for choices!
Negative points: Nothing
Review: Clean room however room had issues with the sink but they swapped us to a different room.
Positive points: Amenities & Facilities, Breakfast, Swimming Pool, Kids Corner, Eska Spa
Negative points: Can be improved:nPanbil Nature Reserve Edupark
Positive points: As for my opinion the toiletries at the bathroom was super nice scent.
Negative points: I was disappointed for buffet breakfast at Panbil Hotel . In 2018, we came and the buffet breakfast was superb delicious and there are a lot of variety . But to my surprise I came back this year 2023 the buffet was different and the worse part I saw the vege has been wilted and food look very soggy and some of the dishes were never top up as we need to scoop up the dishes. I have to informed them the fried rice has finished 🙄 I heard from the assistant mgr that they have to combine in one cafe for breakfast. Very disappointed with the food..
