Review: I checked in around 3:30 PM and after entering the room, I noticed that the electricity was completely off. I contacted customer service and was told to wait. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, there was still no update and no electricity restored — no one got back to me.nnAnother issue was the bathroom — the floor was slippery and a bit dirty, with visible black dust in the corners, which was disappointing.nnOn a positive note, the bed was soft and clean, which I appreciated after a tiring day.
