Review: We stayed from 30th May to 1 June.nthe hotel is close to Batam Centre Ferry terminal. the staffs are helpful and the hotel room are quite spacious and clean. Would definitely come back to stay here again and recommend to others on Santika Hotel Batam.

Positive points: It is our 2nd time here, staying at this hotel.nVery near from the ferry terminal and to Batam Megamall.nIt's all walking distance.nI just love the atmosphere of the hotel.nIt always smells nice, and the staff is very good

Review: Caution before booking this hotel: nThe rooms are not soundproof, you can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, elevator activity, and street noise. After raising this concern, the staff offered to change my room, but the alternative was a downgrade and equally noisy. I was informed that the hotel is not designed with soundproofing.nnThe male receptionist I interacted with was also not welcoming. Other issues included inconsistent hot water, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. Breakfast was okay.nnAdditionally, the hotel is located next to a mosque with loud broadcasts throughout the day until midnight, and there’s a construction site behind the property, adding further disturbance.nnOverall, I do not recommend this hotel due to the persistent noise issues, lack of sound insulation, and underwhelming service.n

Positive points: I love how i enter the hotel, and it's so welcoming. The smell of the hotel is sooooo nice. Everything is so clean.nThe breakfast buffet, the spread I'm spoilt for choice. The food is delicious.
