Positive points: Nice bathtub , strong Aircon and cozy bed

Review: My hubby and I had a quiet stay , away from crowds at wynham panbil batam. Book the grand suite lake facing room, value for money for the size of suite.nnHowever, we would prefer a handheld shower head in the standing cubicle as well instead of just the rainforest shower head. The bath tub should have a glass panel or curtain to prevent water from splashing all over if guest opt to shower in bathtub.nnThe laminated flooring was cracking and tiles were a-little dirty. Hotel could do better with maintenance and up-keep the room quality. Bins colour does not match the room. However the complimentary water gallon was a big plus point.nnUpon request, the hotel gave a complimentary slice of cake land simple room deco of swan using towels for my hubby’s birthday.nnBreakfast was okay. The local spread tasted better than the intl/ others selection. The salad and bread does not look fresh.nnI enjoyed my spa and massage at eska spa located within the premise at level 2. This brand has plenty of outlets within batam.nnCheck in / out was a breeze. We had complimentary drink and snacks at the lounge and rooftop bar. (The selection available was mediocre since its ofc)😅nnEasy to grab around for transport.

Positive points: We liked the executive room it was big had a living and dining. Room was spacious. nGood breakfast separate. They have western, local and Japanese spread. nVery good steak selection on the roof top restaurant.nnHotel offered free shuttle to the malls

Review: I had a weekend stay at Wyndham Hotel in Batam and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service crew were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout, which made the stay feel welcoming.nnThe room was generally comfortable and clean. I appreciated the in-room water dispenser — a thoughtful touch — though I did wonder how long the water had been sitting in the tank. One safety concern: some parts of the wooden flooring had small gaps, which could potentially cause someone to trip. Also, while the room looked clean at first glance, I noticed that the cup holder we used to hang our clothes had dirty, blackened edges — not the most hygienic sight and quite off-putting.nnBreakfast had a wide variety of options, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the food wasn't kept warm enough. By the time I returned to my table, most of the items were already cold, which really affected the overall dining experience.nnWyndham Batam has its strengths, especially in service and room comfort, but there are definitely areas that need more attention — particularly in cleanliness and food temperature control.nnnnnnn

Positive points: The staff (from the doorman to housekeeping to reception and even reservations that handled my online booking) were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room was clean and spacious. Bathrobes and room slippers were provided. Housekeeping was detailed in cleaning our rooms.

Review: As a traveller looking for some peace, I appreciate the location amidst nature and the facilities.

Review: We like the fact that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the crazy crowded malls and ferry terminal and yet it is not too far away for from them. Great breakfast as always and hope to return again.

Review: From location to affordability, this hotel is everything. We were 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to see, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was a very good international spread. i will definitely stay here again
