Review: I was very late for check in around 00:30 am and i can’t find any receptionist for check in.. so i need find another place for check innnAnd the place have lot of big ratnPlease consider twice before staying here

Positive points: Great room with AC and private bathroom. It's pretty big, and has a smart TV and the owner allowed Ilus to use his Netflix account. The owner is quite nice and pleasant to chat with. Lots of nice street restaurants at the end of the street (10 minute walk).

Negative points: The bathroom doesn't feature a sink, nor hot water. It's not a big problem since it's so hot outside but it has to be mentioned.

2.0 Scam (Owner penipu) - Hermai 26-12-2023

Review: Dari aplikasi kita sudah di approved, tapi sampai di penginapan owner nya bilang full booked. Di scam sama homestay nya. Tidak ada pengembalian dana dan mereka lepas tangan. Mereka tidak mau melakukan pembatalan dari aplikasi. Pelayanan nya buruk sekali. Sebaiknya jangan menginap disini. Apalagi untuk traveler dari luar kota Batam. Kasian nanti di tipu seperti saya.

Positive points: I did not have my breakfast there. The place is located near the town center and closed to Ferry Terminal. I find it convenient unfortunately you would require grab cycle or car to come out and roam around the city.

Negative points: It is not really about I didn’t like, but, it is more of wasted opportunity for Batam because they don’t speak English well. Even the younger generation could hardly understand. I hope English Language will be taught at a standard level. I believe this could boost the economy through its tourism attractions or destination.

Review: Not the worst, but I went there upon seeing good review.nnMy room can't be locked ( but still quite safe)nnShared toilet ( my bad, maybe I didn't read properly before choosing)nnThere was a piece of cracked tiles in my room which is actually dangerous if not careful. And the aircon is actually shared among two rooms. Hence it is not very cooling. nnOnly one electrical plug.
