Review: This is my first time stay here, I like the view a lot, just feels like home, quite peaceful as I don't like noise. Staff are friendly.
Negative points: it was charged me twice. have to pay in cash at hotel and it was also deducted from my account 2 days later. when i asked for refund nobody taking action. booking.com also didn't take action . very very terrible experience. nbathroom is too bad . water dropping all night.aircon also not cool. the worst thing is big cockroach coming out. put the bad condition mattress in the room like a store room . veryvery bad.

Review: Saya ibu dengan 2 anak yang berusia 4 tahun dan 9 tahun. Pada saat akan check in tidak ada lobby atau receptionis.. saya jalan ke bangunan yang terletak di sebrang red doorz ini. Para staff tdk membantu saya malah menegur saya untuk melepas sepatu pada saat masuk ruangan. Dan menyuruh saya ke kamar saya Tanpa di dampingi. Kamar sdh dalam keadaan tidak terkunci, tong sampah di depan kamar penuh sampah dan ada tong sampah Beşar dan berbau di dekat tangga naik menuju kamar saya. Saya menggeret koper dan membawa anak saya naik ke atas tanpa bantuan siapapun. Di dalam kamar.. handuk nya usang, selimut usang, perabotan berdebu, AÇ Tidak menyala. Saya memutuskan keluar darı kamar membawa 2 anak saya mencari hotel lain saat itu juga. Pengalamn Mengi al di red doorz syariah terburuk yg saya alamı. Keadaan kamar tidak sesuai dengan photo yang terlihat bersih.
Review: No water heater in the bathroom. Families not recommended. Messy roads. Cleanliness city. This my last trip to travelling in Batam Indonesia. Im no more come visit. Im suggest better go to Thailand. Its best. n
