Review: Hotel location is super good., opposite malls and nearby market.nnHotel is pretty costly for 3 star hotel in batam. Their breakfast standard drop a lot without refilling often empty trays.n
Positive points: The location is perfect- walking distance to shopping malls and there’s a lot of local eateries around.
Negative points: During my second day, I requested for my room to be cleaned and the coffee amenities to be replenished. Unfortunately, when I returned, the room was still untouched and nothing was restocked. It was quite disappointing, especially after a long day. I hope this can be improved for future guests.
Review: Good location cross the street is the local market
Negative points: I paid extra for a King size bed but they only have queen size bed in all range of room type. There is nothing they can do and Booking.com gave me the higher price for the King size selection. I paid for nothing.

Positive points: The location of the hotel is very good close to nearby malls. Easy check-in. The TV has netflix which is good. The aircon is good and wifi is good. The bed was comfortable too.
Negative points: We asked for top up of toilet paper the staff did not provide and provided us with tissue paper.. Also we asked for additional towels the staff did not provide any on the 2nd day but for the first day only, telling us they already provided for first day. The breakfast food was not top -up fast and alot of empty sections on our 2nd day of breakfast. The food is cold and the noodle section no one cooked for us and the pot was switched off.

Positive points: I asked for non smoking room but gave me level 6 smoking room. The was a function so was very noisy and smokeyrnNo hot water to shower even in the morning or nightrnBreakfast is lousy as most often on beef as must consider abt other races where they don't eat beef

Review: This is our second time staying at Aston Inn Gideon Batam, and we love the location of the hotel! Walking distance to nearby shopping malls such as Grand Batam Mall, as well as food places like A2 Food Court. There are also many eateries and massage places nearby, though we loved the inhouse massage (Amartha Spa & Massage) - though slightly more expensive than the ones outside but service and cleanliness was amazing. nnHowever, rooms were not the cleanest considering how old the hotel is. There were many insects flying around (especially in the corridor along the rooms and inside the room as well).
Positive points: location is good, the toilet shower handle is not clean, and breakfast is not good coz no Chinese food like noodles.
Negative points: the place is too crowded and no place to sit, and the food is not good, not tasty enogh.
